These days, I find myself saying "It's a matter of perception." to [almost] everything contentional. And suddenly, I'm reminded of this Epictetus quotation I first heard at 18. And suddenly too, I'm reminded of my love for philosophy despite my inability to really understand (by golly, what an irony!) the fundamental distinctions on what is . And it's paradoxical too, for my interest in philosophy and my belief in Christianity are like oil and water. Nonetheless, if you ever find yourself strangely drawn to philo for some reason, I'll be glad to lend you my idiot's guide.
