And just like the looming Facebook Timeline, the time has come (too early!) for one to be reminded that s/he is an active contributor to the nation's economic development. As an occupational hazard, I would, at times, painstakingly remind (read: nag) students to be mindful not to waste resources as they're financed with tax payers' money, until one day, an unwitting comment...
"You have to pay taxes, right? So, you are paying yourself to work!?"
