The Parable of The Connecting Flight

Transit
Every day, millions of people find themselves in transit halfway around the world. Hours are spent on books, iPods, portable notebooks, mobile phones or simply catching up on the much-needed sleep.

For anyone who doesn't really like flying, direct flights definitely win hands down. But sometimes when the luxury of a direct flight is beyond reach, a connecting flight seems to be the next best alternative.

Stop-Wait-Go
What do you do when you're waiting for your connecting flight? It may be as short as an hour, or as long as a day or two. Do you ever find yourself in a trance just waiting for the announcement so that your momentary standstill life is mobile again?

Destination Aboard
And it's not immediate for the connecting flight may take hours before it lands, somehow giving one time to restore the anticipated thrill that awaits at the landing place. Of course, one may also wonder if the anticipation is worth the wait.

The Answer
But at the end of the day, you know that there's only one way to find out.
